I'd already been to see Josie at her Chiswick clinic to improve my running technique and reduce injuries, and she is so clever - I'm not sure how she does it, but she's so insightful.
During lockdown she's been running strength for running classes, and they are my joy - it makes me do all the physio exercises that I don't make enough time for, but they're also fun and give a sense of community. We do them online on a Saturday morning, and they have helped fill my parkrun void!
